Slow cooker Lasagne

Lasagne

Chop up 2 peppers, 300g mushroom, 2 onions

Put the mince in a bowel, with the chopped food

Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic puree ,

1 x oxo cube,

2 tsp mixed herbs,

1 tbsp Worcester sauce

Mix it all together well,
Put a layer on the bottom of the pot,
Add some hard lasagna sheets on top ,
Add another layer of mince mixture, and sheets and carry on untill all the mince is used up,
Put a final layer of lasgna sheets and put white sauce on top
then loads of grated cheese!

It can go quite sloppy if you put too many tomatoes in  – but if you want crispy cheese on top then you can take the pot out the cooker and shove it in the oven for 20 mins before you eat it!
